The second in a six-part series of small, impactful mixed media works on fine watercolor paper which feature lovely shades of cream, orange, soft gray washes and black.

Each of these abstract paintings is a nod to nature and represents a free and intuitive exploration of a limited color palette, markmaking and collage. “Dune” stands alone, but would also pair well with “Cairn,” “Creek,” “Headland,” “Vista,” and “Hillock” in this series to make an elegant, larger statement as a collection.
